  Leaving this for my mother in law because she isn't able to type on her own. The repairs went well enough but she got her car back and they had removed the new floor mats and never put them back. We called and they said another lady had gotten them by mistake and she was bringing them back and they would call her within the week. After never receiving a call we called again at the 2 week pt and was told that they were waiting on them and they would have them in a couple of days. Another week went by and we called again and we're told they hadn't forgotten about her but that they had one more person to call about them. Which just seems as though they aren't being 100% honest since we had previously been told that they knew who had them and they were being returned. Here we are 2 months later and after relacing the mats so as not to ruin the floor in her new car. She is out $60. Not a ton of money but the way it has been handled has been the most disappointing part.
